Rafael Rincón-Urdaneta

Rafael Rincón-Urdaneta Zerpa is a business administrator, author, radio commentator, professor, and Chilean consultant of Venezuelan origin. His career spans several sectors, from transnational oil (Preussag Energie GmbH, Germany) to the world of think tanks, both in Chile and internationally.

Today, he is a leadership, strategy and global affairs consultant for Project Quadriga. His new initiative helps leaders understand their environment, while strengthening their mindset and disposition for facing the demands of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
