William Klepper

Dr Klepper joined Columbia Business School in 1996 and teaches Executive Leadership in the Executive MBA program. He serves as the Faculty Director of the Columbia partnership with the Financial Times (FT)/Outstanding Directors Exchange (ODX). He annually presents a governance case study of a twenty-first-century company at FT-ODX, recently P&G (2013), HP (2012), and BP (2011). His most recent book, The CEO’s Boss: Tough Love in the Boardroom (Columbia University Press, 2010), was ranked as one of the Top Five Books by The Wall Street Journal’s livemint.com in December, 2010.
