PhD in Physics (Technical University of Catalonia), Head of the Seismic Section of Ebro Observatory (CSIC) from 1998 to 2009. She has also worked at the seismic network of the Catalonian Geological Institute. Now she works as a researcher at the Institute of Earth Sciences Jaume Almera (CSIC). Her research is focused on seismic wave attenuation, ambien seismic noise and induced seismicity. She is highly interested in outreach activities.
