Alice Lam

Alice Lam is Professor of Organization Studies at the School of Management, Royal Holloway University of London. Her research has focused on the relationship between organizational forms, knowledge creation and societal institutions. She also has a long-standing interest in the occupational roles and careers of scientists and engineers. Her current work examines the innovative dynamics of network organizations, and careers and knowledge flows in university-industry collaboration. She has published widely in a range of academic journals including Organization Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management Journal and Industrial Relations.
