OpenMind has gathered a leading group of interdisciplinary experts at the Solvay Library in Brussels to explore the ethical and regulatory implications of the development of the study of the brain through neurobiology and different techniques of artificial intelligence. Participating, among others were Rafael Yuste (Columbia University), John Donoghue (Wyss Center), Jack Gallant (Berkeley) and Blaise Agüera and Arcas (Google).
