I am Ph. D. and Full Professor of Electronics. I carry out my teaching and research activity -mainly experimental-, at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in the semiconductor physics field. I am specialist in electrical and optical properties of these materials, as well as in electronic and opto-electronic devices based on them, Currently my main research topic the study of advanced concepts in silicon based solar cells and infrared photodetectors. I am co-author of more than 160 scientific papers published in high impact journals; I have presented more than 100 lectures in International Congresses and I am member of the Spanish Royal Society of Physics.
